2. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer within the meaning of applicable law (e.g. a natural person who is acting for purposes that are outside their trade, business, craft, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2.1 Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired (e.g. by email or post to the contact details above).

2.2 Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You should send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Where permitted by national law, we may offer to collect the goods at your expense; such an offer does not affect your obligation to return the goods or the timing of reimbursement.

2.3 Model withdrawal form

3. Defective goods and statutory warranty

If the goods we deliver are defective, your statutory rights (e.g. under the German Civil Code (BGB) or the Consumer Sales Directive as implemented in your country) apply. You may be entitled to repair, replacement, reduction in price, or (in certain cases) withdrawal from the contract or damages.

Please contact us as soon as you discover a defect, providing your order number and a short description (and, if possible, photos). We will respond promptly and, where appropriate, arrange for return or replacement in accordance with the law. Do not dispose of defective goods until we have agreed the next steps.

4. Returns process (practical steps)

  • Contact us by email or phone to inform us of your withdrawal or return (e.g. defect). We will confirm receipt and, where applicable, provide return instructions or a return reference.
  • Pack the goods securely. If the product was delivered in original packaging, we recommend using it for the return to avoid damage. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name and order number.
  • Send the goods to the address we provide (usually our business address above). We recommend using a trackable delivery service. For withdrawal, you bear the cost of return unless we have agreed otherwise.
  • Once we have received and checked the goods, we will process the refund (for withdrawal) or replacement/repair (for defects) as applicable. Refunds are made to the original payment method within the time limits set out in section 2.2.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In some jurisdictions, the right of withdrawal may not apply or may be limited in certain cases, for example:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g. certain food supplements once the seal is broken). In such cases, you may only lose the right of withdrawal if you have consented to the handling and have been informed that you would lose the right. We will inform you on the Website or in the order process where this applies.
  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.

6. Business customers

If you are ordering in the course of your trade, business, craft, or profession, the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers may not apply. Returns may then be subject to separate agreement or our general terms. Please contact us to discuss return conditions before sending goods back.

7. Refund timing and method

Refunds are processed within 14 days of our receipt of your withdrawal notice (and, where we are permitted to wait, after receipt of the returned goods). The exact time until the amount appears in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider. We will use the same payment method you used for the order unless we agree otherwise with you.
